War Medal 1939-45 Miniature

War Medal 1939-45 Miniature comes with 6" of ribbon loose or court mounted with a pin to wear. Awarded for 28 days service with the armed forces during the second world war. Those who were awarded a mention in despatches wore a single bronze oak leaf on the ribbon of this medal. Only one emblem is worn regardless of how many times an individual is mentioned.
