All miniature and full size replacement medals come with two options: Loose with ribbon only or Court Mounted with a pin ready to wear. 

If you like to have your medals ready to wear with a pin on one bar,  please choose the court mounted option for each medal, 

in this case, please let us know the dates of your Campaign Medals only under "delivery instruction" at the end of checkout process or email it to us to [email protected].
