Delivery:
The
goods are usually delivered within 2-7 working days if they are available in
stock. In the case of not having them in the stock we will inform you the delivery
date by phone or e-mail. Mess Dress delivery dates are to be confirmed. All
delivery charges are shown during your ordering process, and the delivery companies
we work with are as follows; ParcelForce, Royal Mail Special and Recorded Delivery
and Interlink.
Secure Online Shopping:
You can order and pay for your selections on-line and offline.
Online payment is simple, we accept Switch, Mastercard, Visa and American Express
via our secure and fully encrypted ordering site.iSHOP uses the latest firewall
and encryption technology. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit
card expiration dates, billing, etc.) is directly processed through a secure
bank transaction. Even The Mess Dress Ltd will not have access to this information.
If you place an offline order you will be contacted by us to arrange a payment,
this will usually be by cheque or we will take your credit card details on the
phone. Cheques should be made payable to THE MESS DRESS LTD. All orders
will be acknowledged by an e-mail.
Guarantee:
We guarantee that all the very best materials are used to make the uniforms
and they will be made to the correct specifications. Any alterations required
on the Mess Dresses will be done free of charge for 1 month after you receive
the uniform (post and packaging excluded). Other material purchased from our
shop will be refunded within 14 days except your return postage, they should be in its original condition.
HOW TO FIND US
Wherever you are, you will make your way to A338 to Bournemouth, on this road, you will need to take the fourth junction which is A3049 (to Charminster and Winton). As soon as you leave the junction stay on the right lane and take tha 3rd exit on the big roundabout. The road you turned to is Richmond Park Road.
Follow the road until the traffic lights and at the lights take a left to Bennett Road and we are the 7th street on your left, Stewart Road, as soon as you turn left you will see the shop on your left.
