The United Nations: UN Transitional Authority in Cambodia Medal (UNTAC).
Mission began: February 1992.
Mission ended: 15 November 1993.
Awarded: for service to the Mission, supervising the
transition to democratic rule in Cambodia. Members of
the UN Military Liaison Team (active for 6 months
following the end of the Mission) are also eligible for this medal.
